1. Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account with fast75. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

1.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one fast75 account. If fast75 discovers that a player holds more than one account, fast75 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated through duplicate accounts, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

1.3 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account and must update your details promptly if they change.

1.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, fast75 will require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC"). You will be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where requested, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. fast75 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

1.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. fast75 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. You must notify fast75 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Supported Payment Methods

fast75 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time. fast75 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single transaction amount and daily/weekly/monthly transaction limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed in the deposit and withdrawal sections of your account dashboard.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for verified are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts and within 4 hours for players on higher loyalty tiers. fast75 reserves the right to perform additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment method registered and verified under the same name as the fast75 account.

2.4 Currency

All transactions on the fast75 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If you deposit using a payment method that processes in a different currency, the conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. fast75 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

2.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. fast75 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per calendar month to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in.

3. Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by fast75 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place cumulative qualifying bets totalling ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

fast75 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome ("arbing"), and using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, fast75 reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the account, and retain all deposited funds pending a full investigation.

3.4 Loyalty Programme

fast75 operates a tiered loyalty programme through which players earn points on qualifying bets and casino play. Loyalty points, tier thresholds, rewards, and redemption rates are governed by the fast75 Loyalty Programme Terms, which are published separately and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. fast75 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable prior notice to players.

4. Game Rules and Sports Betting

4.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the fast75 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game operates under the rules published by the respective provider. fast75 hosts these games but is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from the game software itself. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

4.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets offered on fast75 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other international cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey events — are subject to fast75's Sports Betting Rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. fast75 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit stakes in the event of suspected irregular activity, obvious pricing errors, or where required for integrity reasons.

4.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with fast75's published settlement rules for each sport and market type. In the event of any ambiguity in the settlement of a result, fast75's decision shall be final. Complaints regarding settlement must be raised via customer support within 72 hours of the event's conclusion.

4.4 Maximum Winnings

fast75 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per market type. Current maximum payout limits are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. fast75 will not be liable to pay winnings in excess of stated maximum limits regardless of the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1 Player Protection

fast75 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. 5.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude from the fast75 Platform may do so by contacting customer support. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. fast75 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded players. 5.3 Underage Gaming

It is a serious breach of these Terms to allow any person under the age of 21 to use your fast75 account. If you have minors in your household, you are responsible for ensuring that they cannot access your account credentials. fast75 cooperates fully with any investigation into underage gambling and will close any account found to have been used by a person under 21.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fast75 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other format.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or using insider information in sports betting.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions or account limits.
• Charging back deposits via your payment provider while retaining any associated winnings.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing fast75 staff or other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the fast75 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and software, is the property of fast75 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, sell, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without fast75's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

fast75 uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, fast75 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance. fast75 will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods where reasonably practicable.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fast75's total liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fast75 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

8.3 Force Majeure

fast75 shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond fast75's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or power outages.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the fast75 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. fast75 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.

fast75 will never sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) solely to the extent necessary to provide the Platform services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which fast75 operates. Any reference in these Terms to legal obligations or regulatory requirements refers to obligations under the applicable legal framework governing online gaming operations.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and fast75 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact fast75 customer support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. fast75 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 14 business days of receiving your written complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable governing jurisdiction.

Please include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. fast75 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days and to issue a final resolution within 28 days.

11. Amendments to These Terms

fast75 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — fast75 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account subject to these Terms and the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
